Our people are special and that’s how we treat each other. Our company values of Courage, Trust, Integrity and Ownership reflect our origins as a family-owned company. We strive to be an employer of choice, providing a safe stimulating and respectful work environment. And of course, we like to have a bit of fun too!
To become a part of the Patties Foods journey, you’ll need to apply for an open position to begin our recruitment process. This is your chance to show us why you’d make a great Patties Person, just as it’s our opportunity to tell you how we can help you grow your career.
We’ve made the recruitment process as fair and transparent as possible, so you always know what to expect. A series of interviews, both video screening and in person, will take place for successful candidates as well as reference and pre-employment checks along the way. On average, this process will take between four to six weeks from when we advertise through to when we finalise our offer of employment. We advertise our vacancies online through various job boards, social media sites and on our corporate website.
