MD & CEO, Steven Chaur, told shareholders at the Patties Foods Annual General Meeting in Melbourne on 18 November, 2014, the company has a clear focus in place to deliver results.  The key focus elements include:

 

• Driving manufacturing efficiencies
• Growth in Out-of-Home
• Innovation Acceleration
• Field Activation and Customer Excellence
• Investment in Icon Brands
• Frozen Fruit Improvement
• Overhead Cost Reductions, and
• Material Cost Mitigation.
