1pkt Herbert Adams Traditional Shepherd's Pies
2 medium zucchini (approx 400g)
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon chopped thyme leaves
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350° F). Remove the pies from the pack and place on an oven tray. If frozen, heat for approximately 45 minutes. If thawed, heat for approximately 30minutes.
- Using a spiral cutter, mandolin or sharp knife, cut the zucchini into fine spaghetti like strips .
- Heat the butter and oil in a fry pan and saute the zucchini and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the thyme, tomatoes and seasoning. Cover and simmer a further 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are heated through, then spoon onto serving plates . Serve immediately with the Traditional Shepherd's Pies.
