Garlic Snow Peas and Asparagus

1 pkt Herbert Adams Gourmet King Island Beef Pies
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
150g snow peas, trimmed
20g butter
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Products used in this recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the pies from pack and place on an oven tray. If frozen, heat for approximately 45 minutes. If thawed, heat for approximately 30 minutes.
2. Steam or microwave the asparagus and snow peas together until just tender. Toss through the butter and garlic then season to taste. Spoon onto dinner plates. Serve immediately with King Island Beef Pies.
