Roasted Red Capsicum Garlic Aioli

1 pkt King Island Beef Party Pies 
1 pkt King Island Beef Sausage Rolls
1 medium sized red capsicum, halved and seeds removed
1 x 275g jar good quality mayonnaise
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon sugar

Products used in this recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the pies and rolls from packs and place on an oven tray. If frozen, heat for approximately 15 minutes for pies and 12 minutes for rolls. If thawed, heat for approximately 7-8 minutes for pies and 6 minutes for the rolls.
2. Cook the capsicum halves skin side up under a hot grill until the skin is a little blackened and blistered. Wrap in foil and allow to cool. 
3. Remove the skin from the capsicums, chop the flesh finely then stir through the mayonnaise with the garlic, seasonings and a little sugar. Chill prior to serving with Party Pies and Sausage Rolls. 

Tip:

For a nice styling idea, serve aioli in small glass jam jars
