1 pkt Herbert Adams Cheese and Spinach Savoury Rolls
60g mesclun salad mix
1 bunch asparagus, lightly steamed and cooled
1 orange, segmented
1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Pinch of sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the rolls from pack and place on an oven tray. If frozen, heat for approximately 35 minutes. If thawed, heat for approximately 25 minutes.
2. In a salad bowl combine the mesclun, asparagus, orange and onion. Combine the vinegar, oil salt and pepper and sugar together in a jar. Shake well to make a dressing then drizzle over the salad. Spoon onto dinner plates. Serve immediately with Cheese and Spinach Savoury Rolls.
In a hurry, instead of segmenting the orange, cut orange in half and cut into thin slices
