Where it all began
The original company began in 1982, when two Sydney food experts and friends wanted to ensure quality berries were available for cooking, no matter what the season. After sourcing the best produce they could find, they began supplying their fruit to major restaurants, leading hotels and foodservice around Australia.
With each year that passed, their business grew and in 2007, Chefs Pride became part of the Patties Foods family, where we’ve continued the brand’s quest to bring the finest ingredients to the foodservice industry.
Today, we are still 100% Australian owned and exclusive to foodservice. We’re passionate about helping Chefs prepare exceptional dishes for their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as we have proudly done for over 30 years.
